No. Paysazh Finance Sp. z o.o. is a Small Payment Institution (Mała Instytucja Płatnicza) supervised by KNF. We are not a bank, do not accept deposits, and funds are not covered by the Bank Guarantee Fund (BFG).
We currently support: USD, GBP, AUD, CAD, EUR, NGN, PKR, INR, BDT, KES, XOF. We are continuously expanding our currency offering.
Yes. Account opening is completely free. There are no monthly maintenance fees. You only pay transparent transaction fees, which are always shown before confirmation.
After registration, you complete a quick KYC (Know Your Customer) check. Upload your ID document online — most verifications are processed within minutes.
Paysazh accounts are available to individuals (18+) and businesses registered in the EU/EEA. You will need a valid ID document and proof of address.
Yes. You can hold multiple wallets in different currencies within a single Paysazh account and switch between them instantly.
You can send money via SEPA transfers, internal transfers to other Paysazh users, or exchange between your own wallets — all from the dashboard with a few clicks.
Internal transfers between Paysazh users are instant. SEPA transfers typically arrive within 1 business day. SEPA Instant (where available) is processed in seconds.
Transfer limits depend on your verification level and account type. You can view your current limits in the dashboard under Settings. Business accounts generally have higher limits.
All fees are shown transparently before you confirm any transaction. There are no hidden charges. You can find the full fee schedule on the pricing section of your dashboard.
Paysazh Finance Sp. z o.o. operates under KNF supervision and complies with PSD2 regulations. Client funds are safeguarded in accordance with legal requirements. Please note: Paysazh is not a bank, and funds are not covered by the Bank Guarantee Fund (BFG).
